The FRTIB is moving from a legacy acquisition solution to the PRISM Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, which will be fully integrated with IBCās Oracle Federal Financial (OFF) Environment. With this implementation, Unisonās PRISM will now support the four federal Financial Shared Services Providers.
The FRTIB manages the largest defined contribution retirement plan, handling retirement assets for more than 6 million US government employees and uniformed services participants.

With PRISM, the DOI IBC will meet the goal of providing an efficient, comprehensive, end-to-end, webābased application with the tools needed to effectively support the full and complete acquisition management lifecycle, from initial planning to requisitioning through source selection, award, post award management, and closeout to support acquisition requirements.
