Key enhancements include greater no-code configurability, expanded Microsoft 365 integration, AI-powered clause guidance, and an upgraded form engine with improved PDF generation.

PRISM 7.6 Updates
PRISM 7.6 offers additional configuration settings for custom fields that will allow you to specify the data entry page within the module where the field should appear. This new feature provides greater control and can help your team streamline and simplify the user experience in this area.
PRISM 7.6 integrates directly with M365, making it easier for teams to collaborate on Word and Excel documents. Documents are automatically saved and stored in PRISM, and you can use Word and Excel's native collaboration tools. You can also collaborate with non-PRISM users.
Our new AI feature helps you choose the right clauses for your solicitations and awards. Accessed directly from the clause grid, the AI will assist you in determining whether a particular clause is applicable. As part of the evaluation, the AI will review data recorded in the solicitation or award and use it to assess the clause's relevance.
Standard Form Modernization and Optimization
PRISM 7.6 introduces a modernized form generation engine with performance enhancements that improve PDF generation and the accessibility of standard forms (e.g. SF-30, SF-1449, etc.).
A new front-end utility allows system administrators to manage forms, activate new versions, and inactivate old versions. This increased control simplifies the user experience and ensures compliance.
Our support for PRISM 7.5 will continue for 18 months after the release of 7.6. Anticipated de-support date: June 30, 2026.
